We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst Intern who wants to be part of our AI-driven transformation in education and business automation.

Key Responsibilities:

For CreatiKai.com:

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into AI workflow/automation opportunities.

• Assist in identifying and evaluating AI tools and SaaS products suitable for different business models.

• Document business use-cases, process maps, and workflows for client onboarding.

• Prepare competitor analysis and market trend reports in AI and digital marketing domains.

• Work with the tech team to test new AI tool integrations and report findings.

For Eduio.in:

• Analyze user behavior on the LMS platform (course completion rates, student engagement, etc.).

• Support the development of AI-based student tracking and course creation features.

• Collect feedback from educators and learners to define product improvement strategies.

• Build performance dashboards and assist in KPI tracking for student learning analytics.

• Research global EdTech trends, NEP alignment, and AI adoption in education.

Skills & Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or a related degree.

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Make (Integromat), Airtable, or Power BI.

• Understanding of SaaS, EdTech, or AI technologies is a plus.

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

• Curious, self-driven, and solution-focused.
