Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the digital marketing efforts for our company. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
    • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
    • Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
  2. SEO and SEM:
    • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
    • Improve the company’s organic search results.
    • Execute paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Create engaging content for a variety of digital channels.
    • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
    • Manage and oversee social media content.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  5. Email Marketing:
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Measure and report on email campaign performance.
  6. Social Media:
    • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence.
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  7. Market Research:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
