Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Coordinate performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate development plans.
- Monitor and report on employee performance metrics.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee records and maintain confidentiality.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and address related inquiries.
- HR Analytics:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- HR Systems and Technology:
- Utilize HR software and tools to manage HR processes and records.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of employee data in HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee counseling.
