Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.
    • Address employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Coordinate performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate development plans.
    • Monitor and report on employee performance metrics.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
    • Handle employee records and maintain confidentiality.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
    • Manage employee benefits enrollment and address related inquiries.
  7. HR Analytics:
    • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
    • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  8. HR Systems and Technology:
    • Utilize HR software and tools to manage HR processes and records.
    • Ensure the accuracy and security of employee data in HR systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee counseling.
